What We Do
CONTENT CREATION AND DISTRIBUTION
Produce psychoeducational content for workshops and online dissemination as well as develop guides and instructional material to improve resource access and participation.
CONSULTATION and ADVISORY ROLES
Consult and advise ethnic community-based organizations (ECBO) on goals ranging from financial tracking and data management systems to grant-writing and event planning.
WOUNDED HEALERS PROGRAM
Provide free trauma-informed, solutions- focused mental health support to those serving in nonprofits serving refugees and immigrants.
J.E.D.I. INITIATIVES and TRAININGS
Connect ECBO's and business partners on justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives, specifically from a refugee/immigrant perspective.
DIRECT SERVICES and CRISIS INTERVENTION
Aid organizations with case management needs, assist with referrals and care coordination, and provide guidance and instruction for ECBO's during crisis situations.
